HOW IT ALL BEGAN

For years, Kap’n Kathy has taken her friends and family out on electric boats and given them tours around Newport Harbor. 

She decided to turn her love of boating and sharing information into tours available to the public.

MISSION AND VALUES

Her mission: Kap’n Kathy wants to provide you with a peaceful harbor tour from a quiet, non-diesel boat. She’ll take you on a two-hour cruise filled with interesting information and gorgeous scenery. Customer safety and satisfaction are of the utmost importance.

Kap’n Kathy has hundreds of hours of experience on the water. She holds a current California Boater Card. She is dedicated to providing you with a sublime tour which will be remembered for a lifetime.

OUR BOATS

Our eco-friendly electric boats provide quiet propulsion without the smell of diesel. Canopies shade guests from overhead sun. Speeds must be kept under 5 mph in the harbor to ensure calm waters. On the boats, a central table with bottle holders allows visitors to enjoy a picnic on board.
